Professional techniques to create reliable, high-quality products!
Unique fiber preparations for spinning and ice-dyed items to wear - made lovingly for you in my home.My fiber suppliers are carefully curated from the creative community locally and abroad as a means to give back and support my inspirations.
WHO AM I?
Erin Elledge
A formally trained artist who is passionate about creating vivid pieces.
Formally trained
Ever since I was a teen (and before) I was passionate about art.I would bring my colored pencils or a photograph with me most places if I were to be away from home for more than an hour.I would never miss an opportunity to engage my creativity. That early drive to express myself through art in nearly any form led me to graduate with an Associates in Fine arts from Munson Williams Proctor Institute and then moved on to acquire Art Teacher Certification from SU with a minor in ceramics.
Creating constantly
To this day, I leave my house packing spinning tools for my latest passion: fiber.I've graduated from photography, painting and drawing to custom fiber blends & ice-dyed fabricThe organic flow of color mixing and feel of natural fibers in my hands is meditative.
Service driven, with compassion
I knew as soon as I became a mother that I wanted to make a lasting impact.First, for my son and now my daughter; but also, for my community. This is why I've channeled my creative ambitions into this endeavor and I intend to scale my efforts into a proper 501(C)3 - will you help me?

"The woven wall hanging from nickelmadigan is going to be an heirloom for my daughter to pass on to hers and my tie-dyes are phenomenal! I highly recommend all her designs!"

"I am an online teacher and my shirt is basically my uniform. When ordering from Nickelmadigan I just stated a couple of colors I wanted in my shirt. I was so pleased with the outcome. From the quality of the T-shirt to the blending of colors made my T-shirt a work of art. The colors have even held their brightness after many washings. I would recommend ordering from Nickelmadigan!"

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don't like tie-dye but want to contribute?
Please, don't hesitate to e-mail me and we can coordinate your donation, you can also check my links to send money to me or directly through to my favorite organizations.
Why do your packages mention color "suggestions" and not "choices"?
As with most art, the mind's eye and the end result may not always line up. That said, I use high-quality premium dyes and professional techniques to ensure that the process of creating is as consistent and reliable as possible. If you're not satisfied, please e-mail me and I will make it right whenever possible. Also, feel free to subscribe to my newsletter and see my posts about the details that go into the dying process.
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
I recognize that the cause may be dear to you, but my products might not be. I always encourage giving and would be happy to accommodate sending a package to whomever you choose, the donation would remain in your name.International shipping fees may be passed through to you.
